Inspire habitats and biotopes in Germany — distribution of habitat types
Description
The INSPIRE dataset Habitats and Biotopes in Germany — Dissemination of habitat types provides nationwide distribution data of habitat types in accordance with the requirements of the INSPIRE Guideline Annex III topic. The distribution area was generated by the Federal Office for Nature Conservation from data from the federal states and the Federal Government for the purpose of producing the national report pursuant to Article 17 of the Habitats Directive. The basis was the occurrence data of the species (10 km * 10 km grid occupancy) for which the distribution area area was determined according to a defined method.
