Description
Alien bacteria and viruses traits and species-related factors. The data was collected between 2017 and 2021 by pathologists with expertise in epidemiology and diagnostics. Two types of data are available: 1) species -related factors: taxonomy, origin, date of first introduction and pathways, 2) records at country scale.
