Description
WMS service with the content of Plan 1 “Aims and Measures” (measures to secure and develop target biotope complexes). The representations of the landscape program are generally not to be understood precisely.
In order to obtain the plan view in the version decided by the Bremen Citizenship (Landtag) on 22.4.2015, all layers and group layers of the WMS service must be visible.

The landscape programme concretises the objectives of nature conservation and landscape conservation and the requirements and measures for the planning area that serve their realisation (§ 9(2) BNatSchG). The presentation takes place in text and maps. In accordance with the role of landscape planning provided by the legislator, it reflects the nature conservation perspective, taking into account the binding requirements of the authorities, including land use planning.
The programmatic part (presentations) consists of Plans 1 to 4 (with tabular explanations in Annex B) and the textual objectives, measures and requirements (chapters 4 and 5). The remaining chapters and the chart set “State Analysis” have a reasoning function.
