The change block serves to secure the plan contents of the future development plan.
Development plans of the municipality of Bremen:
The land use plan (binding land use plan) determines the type and extent of land use. In this way, regulations on traffic areas, forms of development, municipal demand areas, etc. are made. The regulations are subject to strict legal standards that are regulated by the BauGB. The development plan is the basis for granting building permits in the building permit procedure.
Database under construction: The scopes are currently being revised and adapted to the legally valid database. The development plans to be adapted in this respect are indicated in the attribute number with ANPASSUNG_UMRING.
