Description
This International Standard defines the requirements for quality management systems that an organisation can use when (a) it needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently deliver products that meet customer requirements as well as product-related laws and authorities; (b) it strives to increase customer satisfaction through an effective application of a system that includes continuous system improvement processes and processes ensuring compliance with the requirements of the product and the laws and authorities of the product.
