Development plan Eilbek 4-Wallsbek 20 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Eilbek 4/Wandsbek 20 of 29 March 1968 (HmbGVBl. P. 62), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 500) is amended as follows:
1.Appendix to the Regulation amending the
Law on the development plan Eilbek 4/Wallsbek 20»
is added to the law.
2.§ 2, point 3 is replaced by the following:
3. In commercial areas, retail establishments with the exception of mail-order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store these items. Storage places are not permitted. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
