Development plan Othmarschen 35 Hamburg

Description

The project-related development plan Othmarschen 35 for the area of application between Albertiweg, Parkstraße, Elbchaussee and Buchenhof (district Altona, district 219) is established. The planned area is limited as follows: Northern boundaries of parcels 1111, 1013, 1012, 1011, 1010, 1009, 989 (previously: parcel 886), eastern boundary of parcel 989 (previously: parcel 886), northern and eastern boundary of parcel 1008 (Elbgarten - so far: parcel 886), eastern and southern boundary of parcel 1026 (previously: parcel 886), eastern boundaries of parcels 1025, 1024, 1023 (previously: parcel 886), southern boundaries of parcels 1023, 1020 and 1019 (previously: parcel 886), western boundary of the parcel 1019(previously: parcel 886), southern boundary of the parcel 1020(previously: parcel 886), eastern and southern boundary of parcel 1018 (previously: parcel 886), eastern, southern and western boundary of parcel 1027 (previously: parcel 886), southern boundary of parcel 1016 (previously: parcel 886), western boundaries of parcels 1016 and 1015 (previously: parcel 886), southern boundaries of parcels 274 and 611, western boundaries of parcel 611, northern boundaries of parcels 611 and 274, western boundaries of parcels 1112 and 1111 (previously: Parcel 886) of the district Klein Flottbek.
