Description
The project-related development plan Othmarschen 35 for the scope between Albertiweg, Parkstraße, Elbchaussee and Buchenhof (Altona district, district 219) is established.
The plan area shall be limited as follows:
Northern boundaries of parcels 1111, 1013, 1012, 1011, 1010, 1009, 989 (previously: Parcel 886), eastern boundary of parcel 989 (previously: Parcel 886), north and east boundary of parcel 1008 (Elbgarten — so far: Parcel 886), east and south border of parcel 1026 (previously: Parcel 886), eastern boundary of parcels 1025, 1024, 1023 (previously: Parcel 886), southern boundaries of parcels 1023, 1020 and 1019 (previously: Parcel 886), western boundary of the parcel
1019(previously: Parcel 886), southern boundary of the parcel
1020(previously: Parcel 886), east and south border of parcel 1018 (previously: Parcel 886), east, south and west boundary of parcel 1027 (previously: Parcel 886), southern boundary of parcel 1016 (previously: Parcel 886), western boundary of parcels 1016 and 1015 (previously: Parcel 886), southern boundary of parcels 274 and 611, western boundary of parcel 611, northern boundary of parcels 611 and 274, western borders of parcels 1112 and 1111 (previously: Parcel 886) of the area Klein Flottbek.
