Description
The task of the expert committees for real estate values is the official valuation. The aim is to create transparency of the land market for all market participants. For this purpose, a purchase price collection is kept and evaluated, soil benchmarks are determined and published, reports on the land market are issued and reports are submitted on request. Official land reference information, information from the purchase price collection and the reimbursement of market value reports may be requested from the offices of the expert committees.
