Description

The development plan Wellingsbüttel 16 for the area of application over sub-areas of Wellingsbüttel (district Wandsbek, district 517) is established. The planned area consists of three sub-areas, which are limited as follows: 1. Excluded from Area 1 is the scope of application of the Ordinance on the Wellingsbüttel 4 development plan of 18 June 1968 (HmbGVBl. 171) and the scope of the Ordinance on the project-related development plan Wellingsbüttel 14 of 8 July 2002 (HmbGVBl. p. 148). 2.
