Riding trails Vogtlandkreis
Description
Overview of the riding trails in the Vogtlandkreis.
On public roads and paths, riding and driving with carriages according to the Road Traffic Code (StVO) is possible and the uniform traffic rules apply. If a riding path is marked separately (§ 41(2) No. 5 StVO), it shall be used. Riding and driving on non-public roads is at your own risk. In addition to the StVO, special regulations apply outside public roads and roads.
Forest:
Riding in the forest is only permitted on paths designated by the forestry authority and marked accordingly (Section 12(1) SächsWaldG).
Driving with carriages and carriages requires the special permission of the forest owner on all forest paths (Section 11(4) SächsWaldG).
Free landscape:
Riding and driving with covered vehicles is only permitted on suitable paths and specially designated areas (Section 28(2) of the SächsNatSchG).
Prior to the use of riding paths, a riding plaque must be purchased from the lower forestry authority for payment.
