INSPIRE ST AM, Mining Permits
Description
Extract from the Berechtsams Database concerning the valid mining rights pursuant to §3 of the Bundesberggesetz (BBergG) of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310), as amended. The dataset contains factual information on the type of mining authorisation, field name, authorisation number, runtime, soil treasure and holder.
The geodata of the mining authorisations are not legally binding in the sense of information from the Berechtsamswesen issued by the mining authority.
