Land use plan — 2nd change — City Großräschen
Description
The land use plan of the city Großräschen (2006), the preparatory part of the planning of construction, makes first basic statements for the entire municipal area — the city of Großräschen with its districts Allmosen, Barzig, Dörrwalde, Freienhufen, Saalhausen, Wormlage and Woschkow — about the planned structural and other uses of the plots.
In parallel to this land use plan, a landscape plan has been drawn up. This is coordinated with the lower nature conservation authority and integrated into the land use plan.
In the course of the preparation of the development plan No 03/Sun-South/City Großräschen OT Freiehufen in 2008, the land use plan was first amended and, in parallel, the landscape plan was adapted to the changes of the FNP.
The land use plan was continued in 2018 by a 2nd amendment.
