A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Republic of Venezuela in the areas of justice, culture, investment, and taxation. This set includes a treaty on the serving of penal sentences supporting the transfer of offenders; an audiovisual coproduction agreement with annex facilitating joint film and media production; an agreement on the promotion and protection of investments with annex establishing a framework to encourage investment flows and safeguard investor rights; and a taxation agreement aimed at avoiding double taxation in the maritime and air transport sectors.
