Development plan 2-073.2 entered into force on 26.7.2002. Its scope is located in the Brühl district.
A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
