XPlanung dataset BPL “Röswiesen”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Röswiesen” of the municipality Eichstegen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: In the planning area, building land for detached single-family houses, especially for local needs is to be created. Accordingly, the number of apartments was limited to 2 apartments per building (single houses and number of dwellings are basic features of the planning).
