Description
The publication includes the external purchases of the municipality of Rantasalmi by row from April to December 2020, with the exception of rows restricted by data protection. In practice, accounts protected by the Personal Data Act have been removed from the files. Until April 2020, no purchase invoice data from the previous financial administration service provider's systems will be available.
In the material, the account indicates the purpose of the purchase and the cost centre of the person making the purchase in the municipality. A supplier is a seller of a product or service who has received a payment. The invoice amounts are net prices excluding VAT. The cost center information of the recording plan and its different levels can be attached to the material with the number of the cost center.
The information shows the original settlements of purchase invoices, and any subsequent account adjustments are not shown in the information.
