Weather measurements in the state capital of Kiel (Odala)
Description
**General**
Different weather measurements are provided in this dataset.
The data will be provided as part of the Odala funding project.
Data model The data can include different sensor types and manufacturers. In order to harmonise the data, these are combined into a uniform data model. Not every sensor measures all specified values. The data is provided in the data model “WeatherObserved”.

* atmospheric pressure: Barometric pressure weighted in mb or hPa. Accuracy 1.0 mb or hPa
* dailyEvapotranspiration: Average evapotranspiration weighted in millimeters, period 1 day. Accuracy 5 %
*dayEvapotranspiration: Today’s evapotranspiration weights in millimetres. Accuracy 5 %
*dewpoint: External dew point value weighted in Celsius DeGry 1 °C
* forecastIcon: Number that represents a symbol that lets you know if you expect sun, partly cloudy, clouds, rain or snow.
* heatIndex: External heat index value weighted in Celsius DeGry 1.5 °C
* monthEvapotranspiration: Monthly average of evapotranspiration weighted in millimetres, 30 days period. Accuracy 5 %
*precipitation: Precipitation weighted in millimetres. Accuracy 4 %
* precipitation15MinAvg: Average rainfall weighted in millimeters, 15 minutes period. Accuracy 4 %
