XPlanung dataset BPL “Adhesive”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Kleb” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planning area is located in the northwestern edge of the municipality. In the south, the area borders the L 113, to the southwest on the B 3, to the west by agricultural land, to the north on the vineyards and to the east on the construction area “Buchenweg”.
