LGRB-BW wine-growing atlas: Exposure
Description
The vine is a light and warmth-loving plant. It thrives best in Southeast, South and Southwest locations. Just as with solar panels on the roofs, the solar radiation is highest here. The lower solar radiation on northern exposed slopes results in cooler and more humid locations, but this can be partly compensated with the appropriate variety choice.
