Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ob den Garten V” of the municipality of Hoßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located north of the village centre of the municipality of Hoßkirch and has a size of 0.67 hectares. The scope of application covers the plot with Fl. No. 164, which is currently being used as a green area.
