Development plan Tonndorf 20 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Tonndorf 20 of 22 October 1985 (HmbGVBl. P. 291), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505, 507) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Tonndorf 20 Development Plan” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(1), the following sentences are added:
‘In the commercial area, retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
