Development Plan Tonndorf 20 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
The law on the development plan Tonndorf 20 of 22 October 1985 (HmbGVBl. 291), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505, 507), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Tonndorf 20 Development Plan Act" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(1), the following sentences are added:
"Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited in the industrial area. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
