Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS)
Description
The Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS®) contains geobase data to describe the properties (content: Parcels, buildings, property details, etc.) including information on public law and the results of the official land estimate. ALKIS® is a standard developed by the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV) for the management of official geobase data in the uniform AFIS-ALKIS-ATKIS data model. The AAA data model uses the norms and standards of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the Opengeospatial Consortium (OGC) and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is documented in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The AAA derived application scheme includes the Standard-Based Exchange Interface (NAS) and AAA Output Catalogs.
