Landscape conservation areas in the Hanover region
Description
The topic contains all currently valid landscape protected areas (LSG), according to ยง26 BNatSchG, in the Hanover region. Landscape conservation areas are legally binding areas where special protection of nature and landscape is necessary, either for the conservation, development or restoration of the performance and functioning of the natural balance or the regeneration capacity and sustainable usability of natural goods, including the protection of habitats and habitats of certain wild fauna and flora, or because of the diversity, character and beauty of the landscape or the particular cultural historical importance of the landscape or because of its particular importance for recreation.
