Description
Regulations of the city of Rendsburg on the development plan 92d “Suhmsheide-East South” The territorial scope of the development plan No. 92 d “Suhmsheide-Ost (ehem. Feldwebel-Schmid-Kaserne) South” is located in the district Suhmsheide, northwest of the city center and covers the southern part of the site of the former Feldwebel-Schmid barracks in the city of Rendsburg.
The scope of application is adjacent to the development plan No. 92 e to the south and includes the built-up area of the listed building ensemble “Oktogon” with the staff buildings, classroom buildings, officers/field guard dormitories and crew buildings as well as the comprehensive garage buildings. With the centrally located sports and green areas, the planned area covers an area of approximately 15.6 ha and is limited as follows: to the north through the southern planning area boundary of the development plan No. 92 e, to the east through the Schleswiger Chaussee, in the south by the northern border of the former railway line (Husum-Kiel) and to the west through the eastern border of the side access road “Erich-Mahrt-Straße”, which opens the south-west part of the site.
The sub-area is located in the southeastern area of development plan No 92 d and is limited: to the east through the Schleswiger Chaussee, to the south through the northern border of the former railway line, to the west by the planned private green area and to the north by the plots of the southern garage buildings belonging to the so-called Oktogon. The development plan (B-Plan) 01058135_BP_092d_Suhmsheide_Ost_Sued_1 has been digitally processed. According to the decree of the Statute, it represents the determinations for the urban planning order and represents parts of the binding planning of the municipal authority of Rendsburg. The official document containing the legally binding determinations shall be deposited with the competent authority.
