Statutes of the city of Rendsburg on the development plan 92d "Suhmsheide-Ost Süd" The territorial scope of development plan No 92d "Suhmsheide-Ost (former Feldwebel-Schmid-Kaserne) Süd" is located in the district of Suhmsheide, northwest of the city centre and covers the southern part of the site of the former Feldwebel-Schmid-Kaserne in the city of Rendsburg.
The area of application adjoins the development plan No 92 e to the south and includes the built-up area of the listed building ensemble ‘Oktogon’ with the staff buildings, teaching hall buildings, officer / sergeant dormitory and crew buildings as well as the extensive garage buildings. With the centrally located sports and green areas, the planned area covers an area of approximately 15.6 hectares and is limited as follows: in the north by the southern plan area boundary of development plan No 92 e, in the east by the Schleswiger Chaussee, in the south by the northern boundary of the former railway line (Husum-Kiel) and in the west by the eastern boundary of the secondary access road ‘Erich-Mahrt-Straße’, which opens up the south-western part of the site.
The sub-area is located in the south-eastern periphery of the development plan No. 92 d and is limited: in the east by the Schleswiger Chaussee, in the south by the northern border of the former railway line, in the west by the planned private green area and in the north by the land of the southern garage buildings belonging to the so-called Oktogon. The development plan (B-Plan) 01058135_BP_092d_Suhmsheide_Ost_Sued_1 has been digitally prepared. According to the resolution of the statutes, it depicts the stipulations for the urban planning order and represents parts of the binding land-use planning of the regional authority of the city of Rendsburg. The official document containing the legally binding determinations is deposited with the competent body.
