Description
Taxref is the national taxonomic reference system for fauna, flora and fungi in metropolitan France and overseas, developed and disseminated by the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle (MNHN). This benchmark is unique for France; its purpose is to list and organise the scientific names of all living beings recorded in the territory.
