Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 20 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
Paragraph 2(2) of the Ordinance on the Neugraben-Fischbek 20 development plan of 18 June 1968 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 172) is replaced by the following:
2. Insofar as no rear construction limits are set in the development plan, the development depth, measured from the front construction limit, is 25 m. The limitation of the development depth pursuant to sentence 1 does not apply to the pure residential areas between the streets Fischbeker Holtweg-Heidrand-Störtebekerweg-Gödeke-Michels-Weg and between Moisburger Weg- Fischbeker Holtweg-Edelheide, insofar as the areas behind the 25 m boundary are accessible by public roads.
