WFS NW ALKIS Floor Plan Data NAS Compliant (GID7)
Description
The real estate register is maintained in electronic form in the Official Real Estate Register Information System (ALKIS). This web feature service enables the targeted download of geo-objects managed in ALKIS on the basis of a search query (direct access download service). The service provides the geo-objects at least to the extent of the nationwide uniform basic database in accordance with GeoInfoDoc 6.0.1 (http://www.adv-online.de) in the format of the standard-based exchange interface (NAS). The service is designed for use in specialized GIS clients that can exploit geo-objects with complex geometries according to GML 3.2.1 and AdV-URNs (for units of measurement, coordinate reference systems and object references) as well as have functionalities for processing the complex NAS structures. In 2024, all cadastral authorities are to switch to the new AAA application scheme 7.1.2 (GID7). The service provides the secondary database property cadastre for the districts and district-free cities, which have already switched to the new data model. Data are updated on a quarterly basis. The URL of the services is only offered temporarily until the database is available nationwide (perspectively until Q1 2025). Subsequently, the data will be available in the new data model among the previously known services. State of play of the data used: 01.07.2024.
