Data of (special) usage planning (according to cantonal data model)
Description
This data package contains all permit contents of the usage and special usage planning. The data is divided into four levels: Basic use: This level contains all approved zones of land use in building zones and cultivated land as well as zones as orientation content (e.g. forest, national and cantonal roads). Area-related overlays: This level contains all approved overlays that are excreted as an area. This includes, for example, superimposed protection zones, danger zones, special use plans, areas with special use plans or areas with special BNO regulations. Line-related overlays: This layer contains all approved linear elements that superimpose the basic usage. Topics include hedges inside and outside the building zone, bank protection strips and construction lines opposite the forest. Object-related overlays: This level contains point-related overlays, especially natural and cultural objects. You will find data on the basic use of the building zones and cultivated land plan as well as superimposed specifications on various topics such as protected areas, forest distance lines or noise sensitivity levels.
