Buildings from the Digital Cadastre Plan - WFS INSPIRE
Description
Network service that serves data from the "Buildings from the Digital Cadastre Plan - INSPIRE" set. It is compliant with the INSPIRE Directive and the NSDI Act (OG 56/13, 52/18, 50/20), and accordingly serves data through the WFS service. The data provided is harmonised according to the INSPIRE theme "Buildings" and is available for viewing or downloading. They contain 2D geometry shown as polygons in corresponding layers (BU.Building) and spatial object types (Building). For known values of the way buildings are used, the corresponding entry from the INSPIRE Current Use code list (https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/CurrentUseValue) is associated to indicate the current way of use. Originally, it is data that contains information about the type of buildings.
When calling the WFS service, there are certain limitations in order not to call data for the entire Republic of Croatia when calling the layer, so it is necessary to use paging in the form of COUNT, STARTINDEX OR MAXFEATURES or BBOX filters in the query.
The limit consists of a maximum reach of 1000 particles and 2000 meters of diagonal spatial coverage in a single call (request). That would be a zoom on a scale of 1:10000 and larger.

When working in a GIS tool, it is necessary to be zoomed in on the approximate catchment frame (diagonals below 2000m) and enter the value 1000 in the Max. number of features field in WFS Options, confirm and then load the layer in QGIS.
