Lignite deposit cadastre 1 : 50 000 – Seam sections, lignite seams and lignite fields
Description
Where certain conditions set by the Saxon State Office for Environment and Geology (LfUG) are met, the Saxon lignite deposits are shown in their area-wide distribution without regard to restrictions: - Lignite areas are subdivided into: Seam subsurfaces, lignite seams and lignite fields. The attributes for seam sections and lignite seams can be used to determine both the thickness and the reconnaissance degree (GDR standard) of the respective area
