List of public authorities (OVMs) that have a role to play in the creation of a documentary copy — smaller institutions such as municipalities and schools that work in an electronic mailbox and need to ensure the creation and printing of documentary copies of decisions on the grounds that the addressees of their messages do not have electronic mailboxes activated for service. As part of the creation of a documentary copy, an authorisation clause is created, which is part of the copy
