Description

The purpose of this Notice is to increase awareness about the dangers posed by the proliferation of chemical and biological agents and weapons and the possible diversion of dual-use chemicals, biological agents and dual-use equipment that could be used in their manufacture; and, to provide information on Canada's export control program covering such products.
