Description
Annual public monitoring sheets summarising the results of the monitoring of Andalusian populations of threatened fish species and epicontinental aquatic invertebrates. It includes data on the number of localised populations and the conservation measures implemented, among others. Period: 2014-present.
The recovery and conservation plan for fish and invertebrates from epicontinental aquatic environments is approved by the Governing Council Agreement of 13 March 2012. It establishes protective measures for eight endangered species (six fish: salinete, fartet, sturgeon, lamprey, jarabugo and bogardilla; a dragonfly: 'Macromia splendens' and the native crayfish), and six vulnerable species (one fish: river blenium; two dragonflies: 'Oxygastra curtisii' and 'Gomphus graslinii'; a plecopter: 'Leuctra bidula' and the snail: Orculella bulgarica).
