Description
The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the ‘Untere Ziel’ development plan of the municipality of Sexau from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The building area is located 1.5 to 2 km south of the centre of Sexau, west of the state road (L) 110 between the districts Vordersexau and Lörch.
