Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Grund Nord” of the municipality of Neenstetten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan aims to lay down the planning requirements for the construction of a residential area on the western outskirts of the village.
