Areas with increased raw material potential for sands, gravel and clays
Description
Presentation of the regional spatial planning programme for the Eferding region (LGBl. 84/2023) defined areas with increased raw material potential for sands, gravel and clays: An area with potential increased suitability on the basis of its homogeneous conditions, existing normative restrictions and the objectives of this Regulation for the future extraction of sands, gravel and clays.
In the event of redeployment within these areas, a statement from the Land Government shall be sought.
