Development plan Farmsen-Berne 38 Hamburg

Description

The planned area lies on the edge of the landscape axis running from Ammersbek to Hamburg in the district of Wandsbek, the district of Farmsen-Berne, and is an important link between Hamburg’s surrounding area and the urban green spaces. The planned settlement runs north of the Bernese Army Trail. On the plots of the planned area there are currently graveland areas. The western parcel already belongs to the project promoter, the DHU Baugenossenschaft. The eastern parcel 1783 is still in the possession of the FHH and is to be sold to DHU after completion of the development plan procedure.
