Development plan Farmsen-Berne 38 Hamburg

The planned area is located on the edge of the landscape axis running from Ammersbek to Hamburg in the district Wandsbek, district Farmsen-Berne, and is an important link between the Hamburg surrounding area and the urban green spaces. The planned settlement runs north of the Bernese Army Trail. There are currently graveland areas on the plots of the planned area. The western parcel of land already belongs to the project promoter, the DHU Building Cooperative. The eastern parcel of land 1783 is still in the possession of the FHH and is to be sold to the DHU after completion of the development plan procedure.
