Development plan Altona-Nord 5 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The Ordinance on the Altona-Nord 5 development plan of 25 May 1971 (HmbGVBl. p. 105) is amended as follows: 1.The annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Altona-Nord 5 development plan shall be added to the Ordinance. 2.In § 2, the following point 4 is added: ¿4. Amusement arcades and similar companies within the meaning of § 33 i of the Trade Regulations, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, betting offices as well as demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature, are not permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
