Description
The development plan Osdorf 39 for the area south of Osdorfer Landstraße between Langelohstraße and Julius-Brecht-Straße (Altona district, district 220) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Langelohstraße -Western boundary of parcels 2086 and 3133, south and west boundary of parcel 1732 of the area Osdorf — Langelohstraße — Osdorfer Landstraße — Julius-Brecht-Straße — east and south border of parcel 2749 of the Gross Flottbek area — eastern boundary of parcel 3696, southern boundaries of parcels 2206 and 2185, via parcel 2204 (Püttkuhl), southern borders of parcels 4233 and 4232 of the Osdorf — Vogt-Groth-Weg area — southern borders of parcels 2101 and 2548 to 2550 of the Osdorf-Tönninger Weg area.
