Grid Households Residents Bund
Description
The dataset Grid Household Residents Bund of the Federal Office for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) contains nationwide calculated household and resident data aggregated on the unit of the grid cells of the Geogrid Inspire with 100 meters of grid cell width. It is based on data from the BKG product Household-Inhabitant Bund (HH-EW-Bund) as well as data from the Geogrid Inspire (100 m grid width).
The data on household and population figures come from the companies Nexiga GmbH and infas 360 GmbH.
This dataset contains only those grid cells for which values of the population total have been calculated greater than zero. Details on the data bases, such as their derivation, can be found in the descriptions of the respective products.
