Area Deployment and Development Plan Vienna
Description
The area development and development plan of the City of Vienna is adopted by decrees of the Municipal Council in the form of “plan documents”. These planning documents, which consist of a plan and a part of the text, are binding on all future uses and the type of development of an area.
The WMTS “Area and Development Plan” is a combination of the graphic content of the planning documents decided by the municipal council. It includes the surface extensions and building regulations (incl. protection zone, residential zone) in accordance with the building regulations for Vienna.
Due to its information density, this map content is only displayed up to the scale of 1:3000 (and larger). In smaller scales, only a generalised representation of the surface deflections is possible.
In addition, the WMTS also identifies those areas of the city area for which a building block according to §§ 8 (1) and (2) of the Vienna Building Regulations is valid.
