Water density at municipal level
Description
In accordance with Section 58(1) of the Lower Saxony Water Act (Niedersächsisches Wassergesetz, NWG) of 11 November 2020 (Nds. GVBl No 43/2020) agglomerations in which the share of agricultural area affected by the border strip scheme amounts to three per cent or more of the agricultural area in the territory of the respective agglomeration.The list of these agglomerations is intended to implement the derogations to the border strip under the action programme "Lower Saxony Way".
