Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 3rd amendment Hamburg
Description
The law on the development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 of 21 May 1980 (HmbGVBl. 60), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Third Ordinance amending the Act on the development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 5 is added:
"5. The following applies to the shaded areas shown in the annex: In the industrial area, brothels and brothel-type establishments shall be prohibited."
