Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 3. Change Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 of 21 May 1980 (HmbGVBl. P. 60), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505), is amended as follows:
1. The annex to the Third Ordinance amending the Law on the Neugraben-Fischbek 55 development plan is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 5 is added:
5. For the areas shown in the installation, the following applies: Brothels and brothel-type establishments shall not be permitted in the commercial area.’
