Mean Annual Drain Height (HAD)
Description
Map 3.5 shows the mean annual runoff height as grid field display in resolution 1
km² in relation to the period 1961-1990. The values are below 100 mm/a in the northeast
Germany and more than 2 000 mm/a in the high altitudes of the Alps. The displayed class widths
are 50 mm/a for values below 200 mm/a, 100 mm/a for values up to
1 000 mm/a and 500 mm/a for the values above.
