Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Lützelhard” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planning is planned over the area east of the Geroldsecker street between Kirchenstrasse and the Lgb plot. No. 350, in which the areas needed for school planning and extension of the cemetery are located.
